We operate the following policies regarding  delivery (on our commercial fleet)  and return of purchased goods.

Deliveries undertaken by our commercial fleet are issued nationwide to all main areas of the United Kingdom.

Delivery times may vary as depending on availability of stock and transport in the required area. The estimated delivery times for most order are between 2-6 weeks. If your order is urgent please contact the office.

A booking confirmation and reminder (usually by telephone or email) will be made prior to all deliveries being dispatched. A delivery reference will be provided.

Where a confirmed delivery (free delivery on commercial fleet) is refused by the customer without reasonable excuse, a delivery charge will be incurred.

Delivery hours are between 9am-6pm. Monday to Friday (some Saturday’s)

A free delivery service is only available on orders over £500 within the UK or over £1000 to Scotland.

Payment is strictly C.O.D. (Cash/cheque on delivery) we do provide a payment service online through this website as well as by phone.

If our delivery teams feel that damages to the product or premises or injury to themselves or others may occur through delivery, we will advise them to leave the goods in a safe and convenient place.

IFC retains the right to cancel order prior to delivery if payment is not received in advance (if requested), goods were ordered incorrectly and if the goods are not in stock.

Any damage (to the box, product or otherwise) must be notified in written form (Fax/Letter or Email) within 7 working days from receipt of goods.

Any goods that are to be returned must be in their original packaging.

Credit will be issued to your customer account upon receipt of goods at our  warehouse.
